Clarendon, located in the heart of the Rosslyn-Ballston Metro corridor, is also the heart of Arlington’s nightlife, dining scene and a central hub of business activity.  With recent developments hugging the Orange line, Arlington Country is one of the strongest residential and commercial submarkets in both the Metro area and the country.  At this event, we will highlight Clarendon’s newest mixed-use development, BF Saul’s Clarendon Center, which will deliver approximately 170,000 SF Office, 42,000 SF Retail and 244 apartment units.

A representative from Arlington County’s Planning Office will also be on hand to discuss what’s planned for Clarendon and the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor over the next 5-10 years.

After our discussion, we will enjoy drinks and hors d’oeuvres on Clarendon Ballroom’s popular roofdeck, overlooking BF Saul’s Clarendon Center.
