New Blog

Hello,
Thanks for stopping by! I have been a member of the hospitality industry here in DC for the last two and a half years. I have been very lucky to have worked on a lot of cool projects and been able to travel to some great places with work.
In addition to that, I am also very involved in NEWH. We've been planning some fun events this year and if you continue to tune in you will definitly be informed as to what events are going on with NEWH (and more).
But, Enough about me!
I started talking a couple weeks ago about starting a blog. The architecture and design industry in Washington DC is such a big group. There are so many organizations and networking groups that host events and programs all over the city, but no real place to bring them all together. So I thought I may try to take it on :)
In addition to talking about events, goings ons, and networking opportunities, I thought this may also be a great way to showcase some new products or collections and get to know more people in our industry. I want everyone to share their thoughts with me. Let me know what events they are planning, or what events they are attending. What great seminar's you went to. Who just got a new job, Who's having a baby, When its your birthday! Really anything!
I am on a lot of mailing lists, so I know of a few things in and around the city, but need your help!
Please feel free to send me advertisements! I'd be happy to post your new products or collections. We all want to be seen more!
I hope you enjoy and will help me to grow this blog!
Have a great week!
