Connect US Networking Event @ Marvins

Last night I had the pleasure of being invited to a new networking event. It was the kick off for ConnectUs, a Happy Hour Event for the Serious Minded Networkers. A concept developed by Joan Bixler, of Bixler Studio's, Keith Good, of Burton Construction, and Dorlise O'Hara, of American Office. The event was hosted at Marvin's Rooftop on U St. And had a fabulous turnout. Over 65 people attended. All guests were pleased to be presented with two complimentry drink coupon's compliments of Burton Construction. There was a raffle and a custom neck tie and scarf designed by Inge Ashley from sketches by Darrel Rippeteau. Here of are some of the people who came out...
