New York ─ Boutique Media Group is thrilled to announce the launch of boutique DESIGN New York, a groundbreaking new hospitality interiors fair that will coincide with the 95th annual IH/M&RS in November 2010. Boutique Media Group will be teaming up with The International Hotel/Motel & Restaurant Show® to feature an edited selection of 200 exhibitors, providing a newfound opportunity for interior product manufacturers to showcase the latest in high-end, unique and innovative design products for hospitality.
“This exciting new fair fulfills an industry need for an event that caters specifically to the growing boutique hotel community,” said John Russell, CEO of NYLO Hotels, IH/M&RS board member and boutique DESIGN New York advisory board member. “Boutique DESIGN New York will motivate and inspire the industry while bringing together designers, purchasing and development firms with the owners and operators in attendance at the IH/M&RS.”
Product categories to be featured include furniture, lighting, wall coverings, fabric, seating, accessories, artwork, carpet and flooring, bath and spa, and tabletop for application in hotels, restaurants, casinos and nightclubs.

Set in its own unique space in the Galleria and River Pavilion of New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, the fair will also feature a model room trend display, illy® networking cafe and our own boutique DESIGN Awards. More than 3,000 interior designers, architects and purchasing executives are expected to attend, along with crossover participation from hospitality property owners and operators in attendance at the IH/M&RS.
